The quality of this product was good. It was every bit as advertised.However, the fit was poor. Hard to get the shoe on. Size wassmaller than normal. Usually wear a size 9N, will need toconsider 9.5 N in this product. After I submitted this review I received an email and afollow-up phone call from the Propet owner. He was concernedenough about his product to take the time to call and findout the problem. Will defintely try more of these products!I've never tried this brand. I have problem feet so I search constantly for shoes to meet my feet challenges. However I spend more time returning shoes than finding shoes I can actually wear. I normally wear size 9 medium in good brand shoes but two different styles I ordered in Propet brand both fit wider and half size larger in my size so had to return both pairs.this does seem to be a good brand for people with sensitive feet. May try their narrow widths.The shoe fits well except for trying to put shoe on--have to struggle to get shoe on as the opening does not expand at all. Otherwise I love how the shoe fits and looks on my feet. Usual Propet comfort-just need to rework opening. The laces are only for show and does not affect the tightness of opening.This was my 4th pair of Propet shoes, all others are walkers or sneakers so I thought I had a good sense of how they would fit. These were way too small and are headed back to the seller. For what it's worth, I think pictures make them look nicer than the actual shoe. I think it's the colors in the picture that aren't quite true to the product. The gray is a bit grayer and the amethyst trim is a bit more purple than it appeared in the photos.The cushioning in this shoe is wonderful. My only complaint is that the tongue of the shoe is attached at the sides, which makes it harder to put on. The shoe runs a little small for size, but this is consistent with other Propet shoes, so I automatically go up a half size when buying Propet shoes.The foot opening is VERY small - having a bit of an arch, it was hard to put on the shoe. The opening is not a lace up, but a bound hole that is very small - the laces have no use.Once I got my foot in the shoe, the heel box is rigid and too wide, so slipped no matter what socks I wore.If the shoe were re-designed to have a regular tongue and lace adjustable opening and the heel more conforming, then I would enjoy the shoe! Unfortunately, I wore the shoe outside for a brisk walk before I noticed it slipping and rubbing, so therefore cannot return the shoe. I certainly will not buy a Propet shoe again!I ordered a half size big based on reviews here and I'm having to return for a smaller size. This shoe runs big, it has a very roomy toebox. I did not have any problem getting my foot in the opening. Very light feeling.Small opening to slide your foot in but using a shoe horn is the answer. Pretty comfortable shoe.I have a very, very wide foot and the toe box could be a little roomier.
