Ordered a XL . OMG. Squeezed into this shirt literally. Now, I wear a size 14, am flat chested with some love handles, which means I normally wear a L or XL, would have ordered a XXL just so it would be somewhat loose, but figured to XL would do, XL being their largest. Really wanted the back pocket for I touch when bike riding. Itouch will fit out of its rubber case but no place to run the ear bud wire. Was as tight as an old fashioned girdle without the holding in property, could barely breath! And I did wear it for several hours till I gave up. Now if you like a really,tight fit then order your regular size, otherwise skip this shirt. It does appear to be well made, but you need at least 2 or 3 sizes larger than USA normal
